i said in the training section about clicking in my elbows when i did tricep extensions and some times got pins and needles.i now know it was proberly cause of wrong form. and i know people have said to me to see a pyhiso but i have no work at the mo so cant afford this  . anyways i have seemed to of messted my right elbow up bad had pins and needles from the elbow down my arm for 2 days after i last did them and it still aches now and its been 4 days now. i beleve when u get pins and needles its usally a traped nerve. well i have been talking to someone i know who used to be a bodybuilder. and he said u should work the area to get the blood flow around it to heal it. is this the best thing i could do for now?. if so should i wait till the aching stops?
