There is not BEST routine..

What really makes you cut is cardio after a workout.. 30-40mins post weights.. that will see changes

i saw something on telle a while ago. there was 2 twins and thay both hade same fat percentage and thay did a test one was running around the track and the other walked at the end thay checked there fat again and the one who walked burnt more fat. its because when u do cardio u burn carbs that u have resently eaten but walking burns fat. so cardio is good for fitness but to burn fat walking is best

I was instructed to do "Power Walking" which I do rather than b u g g er up my joints by running (jogging) on the treadmill. Starting off at 5 kph and gradually turning up the speed to 6.5. This normally take up to 5 - 7 minutes, I then continue for 30-40 minutes,  Mind  you, I've knackered my hanstring!
