Has anyone got any suggestions on bedtime high protein food that digests slowly as gone right off cottage cheese and eggs at the moment ..... Thanks Gaz
Normal whey protein will do just fine..if you want to buy a differnt protein just for pre bed..then its casein powder you need. thats the slow digesting stuff
I can understand you getting bored of cottage cheese - but eggs are pretty versatile. Make a nice omleette with tomatoes and onions n turkey ham or somethin.......

i use millar casein ....... sori bout spelling its in system upto 7 hours !!!! take it every bedtime but always wake up in middle of the nioght and have 2 eat a steak !!!!
