Hi Guys,
My lats are quite underdeveloped compared to the rest of my body, I perform Cchinups on a weekly basic using a chinup bar that has a slopping angle at either end.
Where is the best place to place my hands in order to target my lats the best. At the moment I grip the angled part of the bar, should I also do them on a straight bar?

Wide grip..

But also..you should really only be doing it once a week.. your body grows when its resting.. not being worked every day.

i beleve close grip chins work your lats better. wide grip pull ups use more of ur rear delts.

yes both is best i do wide grip pull ups once a week and close grip chins once a week. close grip palms facing inwards uses more of ur lats biceps and Anterior
forearm. wide grip palms facing outwards uses more of ur rear dealts upper back muscules and Posterior forearm.
