anyway about these pictures... i have taken a couple now just to see if any progress..theres a lil..so hopefully itll be a bit more noticable in a month from now if i continue training and eatin hard!!! have to cut out the women a lil aswell they take it out of me

shall we get this show on the road then? i say tank you go first lol
