for example my diet is as follows..
9:00 60G oats, 6 Eggs,
11:30 Pro mass shake with milk, 2 bananas
2:00 2 chicken breasts,white rice,veg
4:00 chicken breast,2 baked potatoes,
5;00 N.O Xplode
5:30 Train
post workout - at the mo its pro peptide but switching to pro recovery.
8:00 anything high in protein and carbs
10:00 protein shake,raisins,banana
it took a while to get my diet right but now i have it seems to be coming along nicely and i find this is working well....im no way near the size of some of the guys on here YET but i hope this helped and good luck with the training |
