Looking in good shape..keep your diet/training going because its good to see people take it up at your age.. even tho not meant to workout till ur 18 .

Whats your diet/workout like? if anything only part which lacks is some mass on your chest. whats ur legs like?

cheers. I have'nt realy got a diet tbh. I want to try put on alot more mass but not sure what kind of food etc. I train atleast four times a week. Mon- Chest Bicepts Abs  Tues- Shoulders Hammys Abs   Thurs- Back Tricepts Abs   Fri- Legs. My legs are not too bad Im not one of these people who neglect legs i tend to train them harder than any other bodypart. Aiden

true... check out on a couple of the threads about diet m8 compare a few and see what would suit u...

for example my diet is as follows..

9:00  60G oats, 6 Eggs,

11:30 Pro mass shake with milk, 2 bananas

2:00  2 chicken breasts,white rice,veg

4:00  chicken breast,2 baked potatoes,

5;00  N.O Xplode

5:30 Train

post workout - at the mo its pro peptide but switching to pro recovery.

8:00 anything high in protein and carbs

10:00 protein shake,raisins,banana

it took a while to get my diet right but now i have it seems to be coming along nicely and i find this is working well....im no way near the size of some of the guys on here YET but i hope this helped and good luck with the training
