Who ever said supplements are bad for you is wrong..did this person workout ie in good shape? or is this person overweight? im guessing the second.. Im sure you do get fed up of tuna.. i eat three tins a day  . But you really should look into getting a protein whey supplement..its protein powder you can take for any of your meals and its quick and easy. And perfect for before/post gym as it gets straight into your system. If your drinkinng plenty of water anything you eat/take what ever will get flushed through nicely..even if you didnt you wouldnt have any problems like you stated. The only time you wana worry is when your talking steroids..but supplements? they wouldnt be able to sell them if they were that bad for you.. |
