i wanted to go to this! only live round the corner from the show but i had a massive hangover from the fa cup semi final saturday haha...was it good?

Alan, Yes, you missed a good show. But your hangover was worth it, it was a good match Saturday.

I went along to this, it was the first bodybuilding show I have been to.

Although it was my first show and I have nothing to compare it to, I thought the standard was very high. Lee wiliams was a deserved overall winner and for me Sirus was the other outstanding winner of the night. Oh yeah and the guy who won the juniors, James Misrahi, looked super shredded. It just made me realise how far I have still to go

We had a great crack, met some good peeps and then ontop of that Phil Heath . . . . fook me he is big in the flesh so to speak.
