Supplements will always give you a idea of how much to take.. but its just a guideline.. i use over the recomened dosage on No Xplode personally.

Supplments like  this wont higher your cholestrol ( spelling ).

For protein.. you use it when you see fit that its easier to do then real food..

So for example..it goes well and easy to add with oats in the morning
its easy to have in work for a mid morning..

Its a must for post workout as its a liquid protein that will hit the system fast and also good for pre bed to digest while you sleep..

Its a supplement to real food.. does that answer ur question?

Plus their Good cholesterol & Bad cholesterol.
If it raises your Good cholesterol that can help lower the Bad.

Just to make it more confusing
