Maintain weight? but build muscle?

mu mu mu why would you want to do that ? Muscle.. weighs more then fat.. so you will put on weight..

But you wont be fatter..but leaner muscle..

trying to maintain weight you will be going round in a endless circle

What are your goals with training if not to add size to your muscles and why post on a bodybuilding forum if that is not your intension to improve your physique by adding lean mass to your frame????

you want to stay the same weight but build muscle?? unless you lose a ruck of fat whilse you are adding muscle thats the only way i can think of doing it, but with a bodyweight of ten stone i doubt very much you have any fat on you!! just build some muscle and forget all about being ten stone

Muscle has mass and hence building muscle will increase your bodyweight - so you cannot maintain your bodyweight while building new muscle.
