looking for a wesite where i can get information on bodybuilding and other things related to bodybuilding, a site which is trust worthy can any1 suggest 1 cuz ive been on many and some on them contradict and some dont support their claim with any evidence

Jet... you must be kidding right asking that?

EVERY personal trainer will say a differnt way of doing things..WHY you ask? Because the GROUND RULE is what ever works for you..

In GENERAL terms..there is certain things which will work for most..but its all trial and error..


But while im staying calm about this.. you really need to do research.. and go for it.. i dont know how you can still be confused.. bodbuilding isnt that complicated.. we know what is good foods..what know what is bad.. we know what a set lift will do to that muscle.. so put it togther and wolla..

Also..its very very rude to ask what site is good.. Im a member just like you..a mod only because im here to help.. but PJ and that who OWN this site will not be quite happy reading that i tell you that..

People have posted some very good advice..and given the time you have responded you havnt even tried it or given it time..

you sound like the type of person who reads these muscle mags full of people with six packs who claim you can get a six pack in a week and belive it?

come on mate..use some common sense now

At the top of this "general discussion" section is a newbie guide... i really suggest you take the time to read it.. If you have questions..

KEEP them to one thread instead of keep making new ones..it spams up this section..

READ UP and then ask.. the good few here know there stuff and know what u need to go on..

well said...i would just like to add that i for one appreciate all the help everyone on this site has given me...i think if it wasnt for some of you guys id still be a little fazed by it all and going round in circles over complicating things...youve helped me and loads of others to get on my way and on the right track so thanks..keep it coming..its a great site and im 110% glad i found it...

"Provide evidence" - you are talking like its a "paid for" service - advice/info is free here! People dont always have time to provide lenghly answers - instread do some research youself and dont expect everything for free handed to you on a plate.

Im sure you know how to use google - but im guessing you have already searched for other "useful" sites.

Since you are looking for a "useful" bodybuilding site - why do you keep posting here?

It amazes me just how unthinking some people can be. I am quite sure the question was asked in ignorance, not with any bad intent. If I have a question, then I ask it here, its usually answered quite quickly and by guys who know their stuff and have "done" it, seen it and got the t shirt. I've been around bodybuilding 25 years and I'm still learning.

What the? i really dont understand you you want a good site to get advice but what is this site your posting on???? and what coment was that about juicing are you for real or what???? do you think bodybuilders that juice dont train or summat or know how to train???? i think maybe you should do some proper research into bodybuilding and what steroids do  then come back when ya all grown up.

To get to that level..its not natrual..the body wasnt created to get to such level without steroids unless your gentics are 1 in a million. So dont even talk about steroids either if you dont know what your talking about

Do i ? mostly.. but i expect the number one rule of bodybuilding.. no one knows everything.. you will train all your life and still learn things till the day you day..
