Morning All,
I'm new on here and have only been training for a few months. I have a reasonable diet and supplement that with protein shakes. I am wanting to start taking creatine as a supplement and have seen creatine serums advertised. They claim to be a no load, no maintainence creatine. You just take a teaspoon of it under your tongue before training. Can anyone tell me if these are any good? Sorry if posted before, thanks for your help. |
