cheers for that, just not sure if I should be sh*tting so much though. My normal day is
breakfast- shake, then cereal and oats
morning snack-2 turkey sandwhichs, yought and cereal
dinner- 2 turkey sandwhiches, 1 chicken breast and fruit
afternoon snack- 1 chicken breast, protein bar and yought
pre workout- shake and bannana
post workout- shake
tea- spag-bol or chicken and jacket potatoe
bedtime- shake
very full by now |
