Recently have been finding that when i do cv my shins start to tighten up to the point i pretty much have to stop running,i have put on around halve a stone in wieght in two months so not a massive gain in wieght and also do train my legs(i pretty much do the intermediate routine posted via bk). Im worried it could be the supplements im taking= Creatine,Animal Stack and Protien thinking it is likely the Creatine?.I know it would be good to take it easy on the running but due to my job (Royal Engineer) its a must,just asking if there is anything i can take or do to stop this?
