Well instead of "running" switch to power walking..that burns more fat.
If you want to stick to cardio.. do power walking first thing in the morning and then later on also.
Well avoid bread...switch to Oats..get in 50g in the morning with either scrambled eggs x3 , or poached eggs, some sort of good protein.
Then mid morning some fruit,mixed nuts
lunch..100g rice,tuna or 2 chicken breats or basicly 200g of meat. with veg!
around four have half a bagel with few (2-3) slices of meat. or replace bagel with more rice ( wholegrain).
tea is like lunch..protein,carb,veg..
before you go to sleep 30mins before have some slow fat cottage cheese .
Best thing to do is join the gym,weights then cardio |
