m8 i have bought BSN syth 6 and bought glocose/dextrose how much of the carbs to i add to my post workout drink? cuz i have 2 scoops of BSN and haw many do i need of glocose/dextrose, do i need both or shall i just add in one or have both 50/50 but how many scoops?

How much do you weigh and how many grams of carbohydrates do you consume each day?

pj i weigh 11 stones and take about 250g grams of carbs a day

m8 im soory i asked some1 2 get it 4 me and they got it from a diff site i told them bout this site but i think they probally 4got

i working the 50g by 250g divide by 5 meals in a day or what?

m8 u say i should take 50g of glocose postworkout, what im asking is how do u get 2 this number, are u dividing my daily calorie by 5 (meals a day) how are u doing it etting 2 the value of 50g

There is no scientific equation that works this out for you!

Looking at your bodyweight - 50grams would be a sensible amount to consume PWO.

Depends on how much you want to use - its not imperative to use vit C and vit E postworkout. Just takle a multivit with your last meal. Or you could just take a 500mg - 1000mg vit c tab with ur post workout shake.
