was told by nutanionst (spelling) that having 2 much protien in a day just turns in2 fat (stored) and only some u urinate out? also u need 50grams a day of protien not 1 gram 4 a pound of bodyweight cuz when u stop taking protien shakes ur body wont b able 2 sustain it and then u will drop the muscle u put on when u were on protien shakes so it should b done steadly, only WEIGHT TRAINING put muscle on not the PROTIEN the nutranisonst said that SCIENCE says this? is this true

What do you think we need protein to do? it is the building blocks to build muscle...

so is this guy saying you can build muscle without protein /??????

yes he says science sys its weight training that does it, also said that ppl taking more than 50grams of protien in the future when old will have dibetes

This person is full of mess what do you think muscle contains and needs to repair itself???? You take this guys advice and train with little protein and see what results you get this person has obviuosly not studied a great deal into protein for bodybuilding it is totally different when you dont train as to the ammount of protein you need will be alot less than if you train lets see how many bodybuilders that have diabetes when they get older from taking in protein???? BULL mess. They should stick to giving advice to the old folk that is probably what they are trained to do.
You seem intent on rubbishing any advice given to you on this site why do you bother asking stuff if you think you can get a better answer elsewhere it seems that you are trying to to discredit bodybuilding and those that are involved in it by asking stupid questions and posting stupid topics if you want to train like a bodybuilder then learn to listen to the guys that have been in the game for years and know what is what other wise why even bother coming on here??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I try to keep calm when i read posts like this.. for reasons that people dont listen when they ask for advice.. when they keep asking the same questions and so on..

Muscle IS...IS IS IS IS Protein..repeat that 1000x and you'll get it..

Im not getting ratty with you.. but if you want advice..if you want to reach your goals.. then take in what people say here.. do you honetsly think PJ got where he has with no protein?

what do you even want out of weightlifting? what are you so confused about and why do you keep going on about science.. bodybuilding..keeping fit..running..sports is simple.. you dont need to be a science degree teacher to know what happens when you workout..

ill leave here... but one last thing..please can you take a photo of your super human scienctific person ?

eat too much of anything and it will turn to fat, its really funny as i am eating 350g a day when dieting and losing fat?? so does that mean i am special
