My Gym Story: from fat to phat in 58 days

I often get asked about the methods I'm using for body building. Although I have much to learn and improve, I have experienced some pretty good results in a relatively short time.

If you've been training and training in gyms with no results, than you should defiantly read this post, because this is exactly where I was until several months ago.

When I started training in gyms, I found the experience to be tedious and boring; making it hard to stay committed over the long term. I'm not saying at all that I didn’t love sports; in fact, I did (and still do) love all sports, and the feeling that I have when I hit the showers after I've finished… such a feeling of accomplishment.

However, after that feeling of accomplishment, I often felt frustrated when I went home and stood in front of the mirror. I simply wasn't seeing the results that I was hoping for. At first, I was motivated to keep trying. I worked longer and harder but after all of this hard work, I still failed. I was tired, frustrated and finally decided to quit the gym.

After 3 years following my decision to quit smoking (finally!), an old "gym buddy" told me about body building and fitness program he's been using, that delivers fast results. Since I did miss the gym a little, and I wasn't looking for another tedious and tiring experience - I decided to give Vince del Monte's program a try.

My world as it related to fitness and health changed forever.

Over my years in fitness, I tried a variety of programs that didn’t change anything for me - Vince del Monte's program did! I began to follow his program and realized that after years of training on own, I had been missing the boat. Suddenly, I felt a renewed motivation to reach my own personal goals. I was burning fat, started looking better and my health was better than ever. Vince's program was quick, simple, and to-the-point.

One of the things I really liked about this guy is that he also taught me how to manage my diet (obviously anybody who read this now, know that this is a very importent factor to build our muscles, but for me it was new that days).
I started to eat more fishes, lean meat, fruits and vegetables!
I tracked my diet every day!

Think! if you burn 1,000 calories and you eat 1,000 calories, you have done nothing to help yourself to lose weight if you want to. But, if you burn 1,000 calories and eat 800 calories, your body would have burned 200 calories worth of fat, helping you to lose weight naturally.you must track your weight everyday. This is how I was able to lose weight.

But remember! You've got to have goals!
that's what I learned!
If you want to lose weight than lose weight!
If you want to build muscles than build muscles!
Don't do them both!
Start acting the person you want to be!

Vince del Monte's program instantly motivated me to take the steps necessary in my life to achieve the personal weight loss and fitness levels that I had been trying to reach for almost a decade. When I saw Vince and his successes I said to myself, “If he can do it, so can I”!

I do think that trying to burn fat and gain muscle might not be a good idea.

Beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy. Human beings have the awesome ability to take any experience of their lives and create a meaning that disempowers them or one that can literally save their lives.

For changes to be of any true value, they've got to be lasting and consistent.
