Cardio was never something i did like i say when bulking up and what is right for 1 is not always right for another, Walking i suppose was always a big thing i did walk for miles with the dog so you could say that was sort of cardio lol i did used to box before bodybuilding and as ya know the training is hard work so maybe it was because i could not be arsed doing that any more who knows but always did it on a cutting phase and it always worked. after training for a lot of years i never really saw cardio being done by the monsters in the gym either until they where ready to get copetition ready.
Do 1 minute of hi impact/intensity cardio, break for a minute, repeat, and do so for 10 one minute sessions, all high impact/high intensity
I have done this before high intensity for short bursts short rests , it will really elevate your heart rate and unless you have a really quick recovery rate you heart rate will still be very elevated when the next min of intensity starts. If very high intensity your heart rate shoots up and your heart rate will be above 120 (unless super cardio fit) allot of the time doing this, including rest periods.
