 Sticking to a regime for bodybuilding is one of the hardest things i have ever tried to do. I like it because of the strictness and the commitment that you have to give. It just makes it all the more worthwhile when you see the results that you get for the commitment you have invested. I love the seeing small results it just spurs you on to do more and give more, there is so much reward. The hardest part is when things dont work and i get frustrated and blow my diet and end up not achieving bog all and end up going backwards. Have developed a different mindset now though. I want it more than i want to eat mess. And i know if something doesnt work then i have to change it. That way i keep a positive attitude  |
