Monday - Chest
Bench Press
Flat Bench fly
Incline Dumbbell press
Close grip bench press
Tuesday - Legs
Squats
Dead lift Dead lift for legs?
Hack Squat
(CALF RAISES) !!!! Naughty boy..

Wed - Arms
Forearm Curl ( would do this last )
Seated Dumbell curl
Hammer Curl
Concentrated Curl
Standing Dumbell Curl
Thusday - Back
Bent over row to chest
Upright Row
Bent over row to stomach
Shrug
Kickback
Skull crusher
Friday - Shoulders
Military Press
Shoulder Press
Front rise DB
Lateral raise
Sat - rest
Sun - rest
doing 3 sets on all! do you think it would give each body part enough rest or not?
for the past 3 for the past 4 months i have stuck to intermediate routine split that bigkeiko recommended.
any thoughts/comments welcome
