would any kind person out there help me get back into my training,i trained for 10 years had any body fat.tore my cartlidge and never got back into it,i'm starting to get saggy lol,now at 39,,,thought that didnt happen for a few years yet,i lost my best training partner a former miss england etc...and turned really lazy,,etc... after my knee recovery etc;;; never got back into it,,,just want someone to kick my arse before i turm into a blob....thanx  tracy

You dont need a gym partner that much. Get ur self to the gym and sweat some buckets! step to it!

Whats being 39 have to do with anything ???? well I am 43 and smashed my knee playing rugby, two snapped ligaments, one badly torn ligament,  crushed meniscus (40% removed) cartilage damage, bone fragments everwhere and to top it off a fractured femur. One op and a year later i was squatting ok but leg pressing well over 600 lbs.

So whats the excuse now ????? easy to lay on the couch and tell people how good you used to be and turn into the blob you never wanted to be.

so get off your fat lazy a** and do something about it !!!!!!!!!

And read a thread or two by the wheelchair builder, can not get a worse rap that what he went through and he still gets into the gym !!!!!!


so whats the excuse again ??????? please remind me
