I'm afraid its gonna take a bit longer than 5 months to see great results! But hard training and a good clean diet will show a benefit.
What sort of cardio are you running/ Also good to see you are taking rest days.  When I first started I did WOs every day! Daft wasn't it! Now I'm down to alternate days.

Well for starters you are doing far to much to add muscle, check out some of the basic programme threads and rethink your training.
