Hi peep,
Ive not long started training,posted a few threads on here and had personalised diet,doing really well,then fell off a ladder at work and done my ankle in!! 6 weeks off work,so the gyms out   ive got a set of dumbells,a bench,a curling and ezee bar,can anyone help with an upper body workout just to keep me going till i get back down the gym?cheers peep ps gona get the mrs to take some beginners pics of me to post on here soon,then update in 3 months

Dummbell bench press, incline bench press, seated dummbell shoulder press, rows (bench for suport), loads of different isolation exercises for arms. Lots of possiblities even if your ankle is messed up!
