Hi peep, Ive not long started training,posted a few threads on here and had personalised diet,doing really well,then fell off a ladder at work and done my ankle in!! 6 weeks off work,so the gyms out  ive got a set of dumbells,a bench,a curling and ezee bar,can anyone help with an upper body workout just to keep me going till i get back down the gym?cheers peep ps gona get the mrs to take some beginners pics of me to post on here soon,then update in 3 months |
