m8 what do u think of this calculator? does it work? and is it worth doing?
cuz from the post ive read from that website they all seem 2 say use the calculator use the calutor and then if u want 2 build muscle add 500 calories and if u want 2 cut fat or tone up minus 500 calories.
also they mention that u should stick 2 the amount of calories after adding 500 or minusing 500 calories, so it always working out, the use of pen and paper and reading nutrition info of back of package and caluting the carbs, protien and fat 2 get close 2 exact figure of ur cabs, protien and fat per meal (that the calcutor gives) as they show in the article "how 2 create a bodybuilng diet"

Welcome to the site.

Im sure the site is legit and can help people get to there goals but end of the day i really dont think calculating your entire diet down to digits is that much of a deal intill your say.. in PJ's shape getting ready to compete..

For some one like me.. a general person reaching a goal im doing fine.. great without having to worry about every silly % in a meal.

All you need to know is the basics work.. and that is good meals and a solid workout..

cheers 4 that m8, are u using this diet 2 lose weight and maintain muscle or are u now bulking up and putting on mass (cuz a lot of food), if u dnt mind me asking u how much are u weighing in @?

also m8 in ur meal at 1:00, if u have rice or jacket potato do u have a full tuna tin (150g) with either of them? and i thought i read from 1 of ur post that u had tuna tin with green veg only, not any carbs like rice, potatoes, pasta at meal 7:00 cuz u say it is too late 4 carbs like them (rice, pasta, potatoes), also in that post u said u had BSN sytyha 6 half an hour b4 bed with green apple and handful of almonds, but above ur not mentioned that, have u also changed these 2 meals (contents of them), am i right plz correct me if im not?

thankz m8 4 ur support

When i mention tuna.. its a tin of tuna in spring water.
My main meals i always have green veg.
My last main meal the 7:00 as you mentioned it is late to have carbs so i just have a little bit for energy after the gym.

When i say protein shake yes mate thats BSN i use.

With this sort of diet and training i was 20 to start with. Now im 14.9 and deff put on muscle.
I do cardio after a workout not only to help with respitory fittness but also to burn fat.

4:00 oclock meal is my last proper meal before a workout. And im rushing at 4 because i leave work at 4 and ill be at t he gym for 5..

A protein shake is fine to take here . Real food is always better then a protein shake unless its post workout where u need the esstinal protein/carbs into your body.. which shakes get into your system alot quicker.

So at times when you have time.. have real food and have a shake when rushed. Like 10:30 meal.. im meant to be working he-he! So a quick protein shake is awsome as takes me 1 sec to get ready and down it.

If you go to tesco/morrisons/asda they will do small bags of veg.. which take 2mins in the microwave. shove one of those in. its what. ill get the measurements shortly as working atm.
