Hi Jon I'm trying to get as much info from different sites about what I should be eating so i'm going for chicken and turkey some fish, plenty of veg and fruit, not sure about what carbs I need. Today I had porridge with some apple mixed in with a teaspoon of honey and sweetner for lunch I had an egg white omlette with veg and one slice of wholemeal toast and tonight a grilled chicken brest with salad.My drinks are tea/coffee and zero sugar squash plus water. I've lost 2 st 4lbs scince last july without any exercise but have reached plateau so i'm hoping the exercise will kickstart my weight loss, i'm 6' 1". Someone said that twice a week is not enough exercise, what do you think bearing in mind that its only my second week. Thanks |
