hi ther what is the best cardiovascular machine 2 get 4 the house, its cuz members within the family need 2 lose weight cuz of dieases like heart, dieabites, blood pressure also there over 55 so goiung 2 the gym is not suitable, and where would b the best place 2 get it from

I prefer corss-trainers... but each to his own,  also like doing 1 minute as fast as I can then rest for 1minute then repeat again until i've done 10 minutes on the trainer..... seems to work better for me than doing 30 mins or more at a time. try ebay for one and try to get a commercial cross-trainer if you can
