There is a post by my self in General Disc section for newcomers.. worth a little look when your bored.
Firstly you gotta look at your diet and see what you can change.. aim is 6-7 meals a day consisting of good healthy protein/carbs/veg and drinking plenty of water.
Your diet is just as imporant as your workout.
Then you gotta look at what weights you gonna be doing .. remember you need to work your full body.. not just doing chest press or arm curls.
