Done a "Search" but it came up with nothing and since "cramp" isn't really an injury Ive posted it here. I'm beginning to get cramps in my calves and feet when I#m nearly at the end of my cardio.  This is about 30 minutes on the cycle and about 10 miles. I  didn't get cramps before and my diet hasn't really changed  apart from the Dynalyne which I started taking on Monday. Anyway I intend to finish the Dynalyne  course so is there any way in which I can stop or at least ease the cramps? I don't want to increase my salt intake either.

as far as i know and been told jon, cramps are caused by dehydration. are you getting enough water? maybe the dynalyne is dehydrating you? might be one for PJ. Im starting a course of dynalyne in about 6 weeks. saw any effects yet?

Moonshine, that could be a very good point! Because I forgot to take my litre of flavoured water with me to the gym today!

James, Have a look here for Dynalyne,
http://www.supplements.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/dynalyne-xy-fat-burner-for-men.html

For the cramps Im gonna get some taurine drink, like Red Bull Sugarfree, Apart from de-hydration I am doing some heavy WOs which may be taking their toll on the amino-acids,

One of the ingredients of Dynhalyne is sida cordifolia which is a very potent natural herb that contains ephedra. it was the best and closest thing to ephedrine after the ban. It was included shortly after as it was so strong.
Other ingredients are Caffeine and aspirin.

I took the last pill at 6pm and Im still sweating here at 10pm!

lol sounds ok then. must be doing the trick. does it supress your appetite like pure ephedrine ? thats main reason i like eph. dnt get cravings for carbs so eat mainly protien and shred the fat

cramps can be caused by lack of water, or can stem from soreness from lactic acid build-up after stressing muscles. keep well hydrated, and after your workout, be sure to stretch all muscles you worked. should help with the pains.
