eat less calories than you do now and you will lose weight. also carbs
less carbs.
and you dont want to many fats not saturated fats there bad for you full stop. but callories are callories at the end of the day. try high protien low carbs and low fats and a good training program. should see results in a few months. theres a few lads on here came from big and fat and lost alot. if you look in there photos pages you can see what they used and trianed and there diet. tanuk has photos and diet etc before and after and a few others to name

Fat calories aren't really any different from calories you get from any food, so its the total calories per day that matter.

The general guideline for a healthy calorie intake is about 2000 calories per day for women and 2500 for men.

I've also heard that to stay healthy no more than about 20% of the food you eat should be fat.

Need an overall calorie deficit for sure.

Need to avoid simple carbs completely really (sugars, choccy, sweets, too much fruit too believe it or not) as these cause an insulin response. Insulin is not your buddy when dieting - a big squirt into your stream and adipose tissue starts getting filled with fat converted from carbs (insulin is a sod, it can make bodyfat from just about anything).

In other ways insulin is your best buddy, it's a very anabolic hormone but avoid sweets when shedding.

remember plenty of cardio to burn the fat and keep the metabolism up and have a cheat meal or 2 a week to perk met up and stop you getting pi55ed off with the diet

The trouble I have (when natural) was staying anabolic on diet.

I'm fairly clued up on nutrition but 2 years ago I dropped from 15.5 st down to 12.5 stone over a 20 week diet. so only losing a poud or 2 a week, nothing drastic.

The fat just seemed to chase the muscle in. I looked ok but to much like an average joe, lost a mess load of beef with the bluber.

I'm back up to 16 st now and on some juice to keep me anabolic now.

I work in a bar, so sweating is not a good thing, hence why i have stayed away from thermo fat burners, doing 30-40 mins rowing 4-5 days a week thats ok for cardio right? then i walk 2 miles daily + keep active all day at work =)
