In my mind I had PAUL winning. That's how I kind of remembered it, maybe that was what I THOUGHT should have happened..

Now I've looked at my scribbled results sheet and realise it went to Darren... but I stick to my guns. It could have gone either way very easily.

Thanks matey, im glad you could see the improvements. My weight is where i was at before i depleted so that puts me 5 days in front of where i was... So 5 extra days to get tighter and then i will use my deplete/load theory cos that worked like magic. Slightly more water for the final evening and for my breakfast on the day of show will prevent me from going flat.

Im in a position now where things are very simple for me now so the stress is off.

Cant wait for the final... Fuller, Bigger, Drier and im defo gonna nail it for next week. I know i can improve a great deal within this time.

Also, seems like Alex aint senile as everyone is saying the same thing but im not crying about it cos ive qualified. Even if didnt im still pleased as the improvements ive made in a year are fantastic if i dont mind saying so myself.... But i want MORE!!!
