UPBF rules for the BB contest
Prejudging:
Round1. Symmetry (quarter turns)
Round2. Muscularity and definition

Finals:
Round3. Free posing.
Free posing is limited to two minute. All athletes will do this round.

After the free posing will all competitors come back on stage where the final 10 athletes will be announced, the rest leaves the stage.
Places 7-10 will get their prize money, and leave the stage. The final top 6 who will do quarter turns and muscularity round. Your free posing will play a factor in the finals so make a good appearance for the judges and the audience.

UPBF figure rules

Prejudging:
Round1. Symmetry/muscle mass/definition judged in quarter turns.
Free choice of bikinis and shoes.

Finals:
Round.2 is a round where the girl is judged for her appearance and feminine look.
Evening dress and jewels is allowed. We recommend that the dress does not cover too much of the shoulders and legs.

When the girls do round 2 they will come out on one line. One girl at the time will be called forward and given 1 minute to show her best by walking on the stage and turning, just showing herself from her best side. More like a “beauty contest”. All competitors will be shown have to move on stage before the contest."

Who can compete?

all men an women from all over the world; if you are European champion, world champion or former European/World champ you can compete in UPBF competitions, if you are national champ(or former)you can apply to compete in UPBF(send pics and results) if you have been in the finals in any world or European competion, you can apply to be in UPBF competitions.

All IFBB pros and PDI and NABBA pros can compete in UPBF.

For American athletes: all state champs and US champs are welcome to compete in UPBF from all federations.

All UPBF athletes can compete both as amateurs in their federations, and as UPBF pro. they can also compete in all other competitions and federations if they like to.

If UPBF wants to invite competitors who we think have special talent or quality into UPBF competitions, we do so without any hesitation, it is our goal to expand quickly, and to let as many quality athletes compete as possible.
