Heyas Everyone

Well just a quick question really, i wanted to know if i am taking my supplements at the right time, well, more so if i should start taking them at different times to help enhance there effectiveness. Here is my current Schedule:

6:00 AM - 1Hr Heavy Cardio
7:30AM - Plain Porridge (with Protein supplement & Essential Fats)
<Then 3 More meals throughout the day, usually Plain chicken and rice>
6:00PM - Normal Dinner (For Example, Chicken and Steamed Veg_
7:00PM - No XPlode (i know people are a bit iffy on this, but i find it helps me focus in the gym and i also cycle it)
7:30PM - Gym 2 Hours or so for weights
9:30PM - Cell Mass (i cycle this with the No X-Plode, usually 2 weeks on, and one off)
11:30PM - Protein Shake before bed.

Let me know your thoughts, hints and tips

cheers,

Maxus

First off - what are you goals? What kind of gains have you got from this plan?

Hey PJ,

Well is tarted out about a year ago and my goal was to slim down and tone up, both of which i have down now and i am very pleased with the results. However what i want to do now is start adding on the muscle, i already have a good frame and am seeing some great results so far, i just want to know if theres anything i can do to optimize it.

My Biceps, triceps and chest are all filling out nicely as well as my shoulders. Legs are nice and firm and getting some great definition to them, so all around its good!

Cheers,

Maxus

PJ would be better to answer this but the only improvements i would make are another helping of cellmass in the morning after your cardio session and more importantly protein after your weights session. a whey protein shake after your cellmass would be ideal. there is a window there where your body is craving protein to help repair the damage you have just done to your muscles.

Thanks MoonShine!

Am i okay to take my Protein at the same time as my CellMass? I know the directions read i should leave it a good 30/40 minutes or so?

i normally take my cellmass to the gym and just add the powder to the water and drink it while im walking to my car. then i drink my whey protein about 20 minutes later when i get home. you could also try a casien protein shake just before bed. its slower release than whey protein and helps your body recover through the night.

Ok - here is what I would do:-

Add green veg to each chicken and rice meal.
and a dessert spoon of extra virgin olive oil to your chicken and rice meals.
Have Cell mass directly after training.
20 minutes later take your protein shake with 50 grams glucose.
Add another solid food meal before bed.

Supplement with a good multivit/mineral supp like:

Thats it!
