Heyas Everyone  Well just a quick question really, i wanted to know if i am taking my supplements at the right time, well, more so if i should start taking them at different times to help enhance there effectiveness. Here is my current Schedule: 6:00 AM - 1Hr Heavy Cardio 7:30AM - Plain Porridge (with Protein supplement & Essential Fats) <Then 3 More meals throughout the day, usually Plain chicken and rice> 6:00PM - Normal Dinner (For Example, Chicken and Steamed Veg_ 7:00PM - No XPlode (i know people are a bit iffy on this, but i find it helps me focus in the gym and i also cycle it) 7:30PM - Gym 2 Hours or so for weights 9:30PM - Cell Mass (i cycle this with the No X-Plode, usually 2 weeks on, and one off) 11:30PM - Protein Shake before bed.
