Funny you should say that - only me mate Dave was askin the same thing only last week!
Man boobs is due to an inbalance of male and felmale hormones (androgens and estrogens). It isnt diet related - so even if you have a good diet but youhave an inbalance of these hormones you will still get man boobs.

Do you proper tits (puffy, pointed type) or a flabby chest caused by poor musclularity?
I think my one is proper tits. Not as big as the one in photo of course but its there.

Well it can be generally overweight which you can reduce that by just loosing weight.. if its more serious then see a doctor mate If you ever worried about anything.. see a doctor..they earn enough money so you might as well use them  |

have you got any lumps under your nipple? ive got a small 1 under my left. letro is supposed to help destroy it. that ive read. not took it myself but was thinking about taking some if it gets worse |

what is letro? sounds interesting. seriously guys, getting under the knife is the last thing I want. I red it somewhere that the operation usually last an hour.
I'm going to see a doctor for sure but did you know that GPs actually gets reward for not referring patients to doctors and I don't like NHS. |

google it mate. letro stops all estrogen in the body. thats normally what causes you to get gyno. some people say it works some dont. not used it myself so cant realy say. but heard a few people on about it on forums |

yeah avoid going under the knife if possible, dont mean to scare you but i saw a progamme on discovery where a bloke had it done and after wasnt the prettiest sight |
