  [color=green][/color]hi just joined the site tonight some interesting points on here just wanting some tips on loosing a few pounds while hubby needs to gain a few and we are both going to follow the P90X fitness plan if you have heard of it..
Seems really effective but want to get the most out of it
what would be best to bulk him up?? he only weighs around 10 1/2stone and i weigh 11 and wanting to loose a stone he would like to gain around 2 stone any advice appreciated

well i lost 4 stone about 3years ago on weight watchers and have gained a stone back so want to trim back down and paul has done weights b4 and wants to bulk back up..
the exercise on P90X seems great very intense think i will struggle but am determined to give a good go
I just want the best advice to trim down on food and best for him to bulk up.
hope u can give some good tips
