[b][/b]Hello there gang. Does anyone have any good ideas or knowledage on what type of diet program should one take to gain Muscle. I currently weigh 14st ( 197pounds) and want to create a pro bodybuilding phisical apperance. I have been wieght lifting seriously for 13 months and have made some gains but seem to be coming short with a effective nutrition plan. I would be very thankfull for your help.
Have a look at previous posts on here there are some brilliant diet plans from people wanting to bulk up to people cutting for shows. everything you need is already on this site waiting for you to read mate. have a nose about failing that they do diet plans on this site for a small fee but from what ive read it is more than worth it!
