Hi all new to this site and just looking for some advice from you guys. I want to get big, really big at the moment I am 32 years old, 16 stone, I go to the gym 6-7 times a week on a 3 routine split Chest&Tri's - Biceps&Back - Shoulders&Legs in that order. My workouts last approx 1 hour each, and I do 3 sets of 10 increasing in weight in each set until on the 3rd set when I may only be able to push out 8 or 9 reps. I take Creatine Monohydrate before and after the gym and take 3 protein drinks a day and try and keep to a protein rich diet with approx 4 or 5 meals a day. I do skip breakfast because of work and do not eat until 4 hours after I get up in the morning, but do have a protein shake first thing. I only do Cardio once a week for approx 45 mins, I do have a bit of a belly that I would like to get rid of. I have been going to the gym for approx 6 months and after some good gains at the beginning I seem to have hit a wall, I have in the past couple of weeks re-arranged my routine detailed above to get the body going again. here are my main questions.
1. Is there anything else I can do to get bigger ? 2. If I want to get rid of my belly, will me increasing my cardio eat my muscles as well as fat ? 3. Is the 6 days a week up the gym overtraining and not giving my muscles time to grow ? 4. Are my routines the correct split, and in the correct order so muscles get a chance to recover ?
