In Nottingham - who are people tipping for the top spots?

So far with the Heavyweights, it has to be between Troy Brown, and Zak Khan,
Light heavys, Flex Lewis, Middles Wade Stafford,cannot remember the lightweights.
Troy looked so good last week when we done a shoot,.

i reckon this year someone unknown will come from no-where and shock everyone!
been to lots of qualifiers this year and not been over impressed with anyone in particular.
no offence to those mentioned by eric..
you gotta admit,would be really cool to see a new face(bod!) ROCK THE HOUSE!!! ;D

hello are there any competitions any time soon in the UK? I am a fitness competitor (obviously not english)... where would be a good place to train? not too expensive though...?

this weekend there is the NABBA UNIVERSE in southport on sat or the UKFBB BRITISH finals in nottingham,so i'd say you're spoilt for choice. ;D
(closer to home the 'stars of tmrw' is on oct 29th at beck theatre in hayes,middlesex.)
wot area of london are you in..north? south?

Troy you deserved it big time mate and I so happy for you. Welcome on board at CNP. When you cried it brought back memories of when i won the British u80kgs in both 1995 &1999 so I new what it meant to you, it was real touching I had tears in my eyes, ABSOLUTELY BRLLIIANT, I am so chuffed for you.

just one thing.....in the 70k's....how did someone with huge b**** tits and no legs get 2nd over guys with better physiques...especially the guy who was 5th????????

well he was working extreemly hard for me, I could have not done the pictures if he did not film , and all he wanted as wages was a pro peptide sachet!!!, but Emma was more pleasing to the eyes.....and a little bit better with the filming,
many thanks Tony 4 your help, I will give you a bonus 4 your hard work, I have 1 sachet of the cnp dessert left....
