Every one has growth rates at different times throughout year, as a beginner you will make quick gains and they will slow down for a while. Its very common to gain a stone or two in your first year. 6 days per week training is too much for a beginner. Drop back to 4-5 training, remember you only grow on rest days and your only having 1 days rest which aint enough mate.
You drink to much milk, better to substitute with protein powder and water.
Even non fat milk can make you fat becouse of milk sugar, about 20g (lactose) per pint and it takes forever to digest. Your gains have slowed down so i would now suggest a slight change of plan as above.
Make sure you train your whole body once per week and youll be fine... until your gains slow down again! :-/
