thanks for the feedback, I didn't know whether I'd be dark enough, but guess it was fine - just needed a tad more shine. Yes i feel its important to show you're happy to be there, and i consider balance and symmetry to be really important when developing a physique, going to take some time now to bulk, train hard and develop, in particular bringing up my front delts (and delts overall) as well as my legs...looking forward to a new year of building opportunity, i'll get there as long as i maintain correct nutrition, training and rest. Great pics pippa, I think your going the right way wiv adding some more bulk in the wide areas, your middle back and traps are excellent, and i think the girl on the left is too lean ;)

i think ur perfect the way u are ;). i dont like really muscly women but thats just my opinion
