I admire jay a lot and he well deserved to win this year! How ever, his muscle looks like its blown up to the max but doesnt look like granite. Most guys seem to be getting bigger, staying ripped, but kind of soft looking??? Apart from a few like Dexter and ronnie (when hes on).
Bring back the concrete condition of Dorian!

Like I said, Jay isn't shredded like Ronnie has been. I agree that he is awesom, but he is not perfect.
I saw him at the Arnold a couple of years ago and he is a true gent, friendly and generally a nice humble guy. He deserves a lot of respect.
You're not gonna get all protective now are you Bam Bam? lol.

Off course not reaper, his physique and Jay winning competition now and in the future will speak for themselve's. i personally think Jay is no1 at this point in time...
i don't think at this point in time anyone can match him, even ronnie wasn't that shredded like he used to be this year... his belly is seriously extended too.
But i think branch warren has that granite look like dorian so i think people should watch out for him, he's definately going to be a contender for the crown one day.

Branch will never, ever, EVER win the 'O', fact! As good and as hard as he gets, he just doesnt have the natural shape of the top contenders.
I agree with Big Ron Coleman, Victor Martinez is up next for the title, dont know when????

I saw his RIPPED TRO SHREADS dvd and i truely respect this guy. What an athlete. He is my idol.
