i met him a few weekends ago at Penthouse in Leicester Square... He's really awesome guy, took the time to have a quick chat when he didn't have to and he gave me a few tips which was very kind of him.  ;D

i've started to try and train like he does, using the positive and taking advantage of the negative... Slow, controlled, good form and it seems to be working, i'm seeing some results which are encouraging. Blood and guts style all the way!

I went to Dorians seminar in Wigan years ago. Its always funny when lads are dying to ask about gear. One lad plucked up the courage and asked, 'Hi Dorian, what do think of Sustanon?'.  :B
Dorian smiled and said, 'I'm well beyond sustanon and things like that!'.  :o

Im with you on that! Without Dorian competing, things just aint the same anymore. Maybe becouse he is from Birmingham England, or maybe becouse he was THE WORLDS No1?
In my eyes the 'O' lacks excitement compared to when he was winning all the time.
The only way to bring REAL excitement back (for me) is for another british guy to win!  8)

Mr granite - no one thses days seems to have that hard granit elook Doz had - I mean look at Jay, yeah hes Mr.O but really he needed 2 be harder....

Jay has great shape but looks kind of squishy, as most top pros are!? Too much of a good thing can spoil what you are trying to acheive!
Whatever guys are trying to do to stay full is bluring there condition, without this they would be smaller, harder and less bloated. Everyone is going for size and its making the guys physiques looking less apealing in my opinion!
I'm sure i dont have to tell them that less is more!  :-/

I agree, they need to start going for that granite look and stop worrying about the size so much. When you are shredded you give off the illusion of actually being bigger than you are. Look what happened to Ronnie, he was trying to be near 300 pounds for Mr O and he came out looking mess compared to previous years.

Not to be harsh but i dont think jay will be Mr O for long... Unless he gets the same rock hard condition as Doz, but that will never EVER happen!

Nah, Ronnie has had it, he looks like he's got twins from all the GH! Jay is here to STAY! He won't be getting knocked off any time soon. No one can match Jay at the moment... and Jay has the crowd and fan's behind him!

I back Bigkeiko on this one, Jay is fantastic bodybuilder, but he won't be Mr O for long, infact I think this will be his one and only title.

Look at the pics of this years O, and if you are honest, he was not shredded , end of. Check out his arms and delts for a start, smooth.

Its all in the lap of the Gods, oh, and whoever holds the cheque book!

And Doz would have trounced him in top shape, granite, total granite.

Ive seen them compete against eachother on stage, WOW  :o
All Ron has to is drop weight, piece of cake. I hope he doesnt eat the cake this time and balls it up!
Dont forget Victor Martinez, as long as he keeps growing whilst keeping his waist down... its a done deal baby!  8)

I WISHED SOME OF THOSE BODYBUILDERS HAD A PERSONALITY, IF THEY HAD 10% OF WHAT I HAVE,  THEY WILL BE SOOO POPULAR,  WHEN THEY GET INTERVIEWED OR MAKE A DVD,  NOTHING COMES OUT AT YOU, WISHED THEY WERE MORE INTERESTING.
I WAS TALKING TO DORIAN ABOUT SOMETHING SIMILAR THE OTHER DAY,  THERE WAS NO CHAT ON HIS VIDEO,  JUST TRAINING,  AND MAYBE HE SHOULD MAKE ANOTHER DVD,  WITH HIS VIEWS ON HIS TRAINING/COMPETITIONS/GOALS/BELIEF/CONFIDENCE,  ALL THE ASPECTS THAT MAKE A GREAT BODYBUILDER ETC,

I love the Blood n guts dvd but it makes him look like he has no personality at all. Just when i thought Dorian was going to let his hair down at the end it finished   :-/
Even on low carbs i still act like a tit and have a laugh and i think others should have fun also.
If bodybuilding makes you an old misery pants then why bother  ;D
If dorian makes another dvd that would be fantastic. Somewhere in between the lines of a jay cutler dvd but not as long. I nearly fell asleep watching it, come on, a 5 hour dvd. It will be showing him on the bog and getting bath with his dogs next!
If Dorian makes another dvd it will be a massive hit... and he will be quids in!  ;D

Jay may get beat at some stage but i don't think its fact that he'll get beat this year! Ron's era is OVER! Victor Martinez is definately a contender but has got a long way to go. I'm looking forward to Phil heath entering Mr O. he's got bags of potential, awesome physique, definately a contender one of these days!
