This is an extremely powerful tip to building muscle mass, not to mention one of the easiest tricks to ensure your body side-steps plateaus forever. Consider that you have been training your chest shoulders and triceps every Monday. In you next phase, three weeks later, you should do the complete opposite. You will train your triceps, shoulders than chest on Friday. This will prevent plateaus because each muscle group will have an opportunity to train completely fresh. Let's say you are training your back, biceps, forearms and abs on Friday. Than you will train your abs, forearms, biceps, and back on Monday (in the opposite sequence). You will literally switch everything upside down. Again, this will ensure that these muscles receive an opportunity to train first in the week when your body is the most fresh.

Personally i think its not very productive, training the small muscle groups first!?
Youre triceps will be pre exhausted when it comes to shoulders and even more so when it comes to chest! Thats the whole point of doing it the other way round!
POINTLESS AND NONE PRODUCTIVE!! :B

How is that a powerfull tip? first off totally agree wiv bigkeiko. Second if you switch ur training split in that manner the bodyparts you trained on friday may not have recovered for the monday when you are going to train them again! Secondly the bodyparts you trained on monday will be recieving TOO MUCH rest - totally counterproductive. May I ask MARTAN - why the post was titled bodybuilding supplimints - are these the new great tasting high protein mints I have heard so much about?? Would love to try them (woot) Dont see the connection between mints and trainin though.............?(huh)
