Just lately,I mean the last couple of times i have done my deadlifts i have felt a little queezy/sick and dizzy also noticed it last time i done squats (yesterday) never had this before im doing the same routine same diet as ever,Do you think this is a sign of overtraining,Breathing wrong,or something else?

It could be a number of reasons?
What first came to my mind was that you could be suffering from low blood sugar. The dizziness only seems to happen when you are doing energy taxing exercises such as squats and deads!
I dont know what you have pre workout nutrition wise, but try having a slow release carb like oats.
One full cup of oats, 2 scoops of whey all blended with water.
Drink this around 1 to 1.5 hrs before and see if that does the trick!  8)

What i have now is 50g oats and approx 35g whey an hour before.
What you suggest is double the oats so ill try it and see.
thanks for the help ,Ill let you know how i get on.

50g of oats is just short of 35g of carbs! Ok if you are dieting but for mass and heavy basic exercises, squats and deads will bleed your energy dry very quickly, so MORE is the the way to go when it comes to legs and back, ive been there before (low blood sugar) when training, its a horrible feeling!   >:(

do u keep a diary? if so look back over the past 6 leg sessions and see if u have changed anything u shouldnt have i.e pre w/o meal time, day time snacks, medication, sleep patetrns toilet time? sounds really silly but if ur going 4 a dump more often ur body could be digesting food faster and useing more calories to do so there for leaving u less to train on.

times like this proper diarys r a great help. u can look bk and c where u going wrong.

i went through a stage where i woz struggling on my 1st 2 sets of every exercise but strong as an ox for the rest. i looked bk and noticed i had changed my oats around the time it started.

problem solved!

Yeh without a doubt i should kick myself up the arse and keep a "proper" diary thats my biggest downfall i try to start journals but always seem to neglect them. The problem has gone now and im making in roads with a journal ,Thankyou for the advice all the same.

You defo need a journal!
Ive got note pads in the loft from 15 years ago, some of the dumb things ive done, and also some of the best things ive done!
A very good point Dean4england!
It amazes me, the people who i help out in my shop have not got a clue what they last did regarding supplements, training, what they weigh, what they took?
If you want to get serious about all this then a journal is what is needed. At least then, over time you can look back at what does and what doesnt work for you!
Look at my photo section and ive listed everything, its essential!

Dongle apart from having low blood sugar, when perferming heavy compounds like deads and squats the amount of lactic acid your muscles will produce can make you feel that way, that combined with the oxygen deficit your muscles will put your body in during the set can make u feel like crap - its called hard trainin!

Yep,
lets not over complcate things, so long as you have eaten well through the day, and we do know what eaten well means, then the only problem you will have is as PJ states.
Hard training can make your head spin, and usually does! The only movement I have EVER passed out doing was deads, repping heavy, just keeled over the bar! Got up, got on with it.
Heavy squats, leg press and the like cause the same . Lack of Oxygen to the brain will cause you to go giddy, thats cos its being used up elsewhere.
