First off to have goo dabs - its not so much your ab development rather having low bodyfat that will make your abs look great. As for triceps stick to the basics, cable pushdowns and skull crushers - cant go wrong with those

Phelim, give me your current routine and i'll sort it! But like pj says you cant beat basics.
Is your diet ok also?  Train as hard as you want but if you dont eat youre on a road to nowhere!

Taking it that you get your diet right, I train my abs like any other muscle, don't believe in very hi reps. You don't do 100 rep sets for chest, so why do it for abs? I do real slow mo' movements to accentuate the contraction doing crunches and squeeze hard at the top, feet up over a bench, for upper abs.
Leg raises for lower abs.  Thats it.

i had a problem with triceps a few years back. i couldnt get my bench past 100k so started doing close grip benches with heavy weight. not close as in hands together more of a mid grip so no stress on the wrists. the result was i was repping 110k about 2 months later so triceps must of getn stronger and bigger certanly felt like it. also found weighted dips good aswell. be aware you may be overtraining your triceps if your natural as they get done with chest  and shoulders etc. also scull crushers are with a ez curl bar lying on your back on a bench and lowering to your forehead or you can also use a dumbel if you like and go behind your head. but make sure you have a spotter or you will crush your scull lol

skull crushers

Personally I do them on a decline bench as I find it hits the tris harder. But you can do them flat or decline just do what is comfortable on your elbows and keep them elbows still during the movement. As PJ said do these and then cable push downs and you'll be good. Or you could do the close grips as James suggested. If you decide to do the close grips why not do skull crushers then close grips straight after as a super-set.
