Im interested in this product and im going to purchase this today for my post workout shake. I find it realy appealing with the various different types of flavours syntrax sell. Anyone had this before? please give me your opinions on this stuff.

Not all whey proteins are created equal. The purest form, whey protein isolate, is a higher quality protein. These superior whey protein isolates have more protein, less fat and carbs, than their counterparts, whey protein concentrates. Isolates typically have 90-98% protein rather than 70-85% protein in whey concentrates. Whey isolates have less than 1% lactose compared to the 5-6% in concentrates making whey isolates easily tolerated. Isolates are also higher quality and purified with a higher biological value.

Hiya! Def go for the Isolator, I've tried the strawberry and now on vanilla. Both very tasty although i think im converted to vanilla at the moment its cracking in me porridge in the morning ! Mmmm I quite fancy some now! haha But wait there is lemon cheesecake and chocolate to go... :D

iv gotta say aswell the isolator is top stuff, would highly reccomend
