hiya, ive only been on a programmefor a few weeks but encountering probs at work, i am a hairdresser and im finding it quite hard to fit in my meals and water consumption isnt what it should be either. it is especially hard on fridays and satuurdays when salon is busy. any advice on making meals superquick to eat between clients? xx

If you are not able to eat your next best option  is drink what you need. Its not ideal, but it will help.
You can get protein drinks, and mixed carb/protein drinks also.

It depends on what you are aiming to achieve, but if you aren't eating a protein/carb option is the way to go. Look on the BSN Nutrition site, they have a section for ladies and suitable supps, and I am pretty sure you could PM PJ on this site and he stocks BSN products.

thanks for that.  i have a good quality protein powder that im using, carbs arent really an issue as ive been given a low carb diet to follow for first few weeks. will be looking at pj,s shop tho. xx

Hi Katyjane.

Welcome to the forums. Like Reaper says if you cant eat then you should drink your nutrition. As for balacing work with meals. I recommend you eat a good sized wholefood breakfast before you start work. Mid morning have a meal replacement drink or a protein shake with a handfull of mixed nuts. You get your lunch break so you can eat your whole food meal. Mid afternoon shake - then finish - go home and eat - easy!
