Hi everyone,
I'm gonna be buying some unflavoured whey from myprotein but am worried abot the taste. They've said that I can purchase 100g of flavouring seperately for £12 (which I think is a bit steep) and should be enough for 100 servings.

Can I buy flavouring from somewhere else or use something like nesquick powder that will do the same thing?

How much flavouring would I need per KG of unflavoured whey?

If I want an added sweetener, what would you reccomend?

My two pence would be they all taste like cack so don't worry about it and just get it down you, save your money for other things.

Or if you are really set on a flavor then just buy one with the flavor already in like the one PJ sells here http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/Whey%20Isolate.shtml I have heard a lot of guys say it tastes good.

I was thinking of just downing the stuff but if it tasted OK, it would make it less of a chore. I'm only gonna be paying £6 per KG (and money is an issue for me at the mo) and it's supposed to be well regarded so I'd rather just add some kind of decent flavour if possible.

Any suggestions?

I take whey 3 times a day at 33g powder per servng with 225ml of water, so it is only a small amount thus easy to just down quick and not worry about the taste, i dunno if this helps its just the way I do it :)
