my mate gets bad spots when he takes anything even winstrol not acne just 1 or 2 boil like spots on his face the most, has asked me to put this up 4 help cheers

Also, maybe a simple aid but drink PLENTY of water, flush the system through. And I mean every day, it does really help.

he drinks at least 2 litre a day and plenty of fruit and veg
