Looking back at my photos and dvd, i dont think i will look or watch it again becouse i dont want to look like that again, im not impressed whatsoever but it has given me a good analysis of the major improvements i HAVE to make... i have an image in my head of what i want (will) look like next year and i dont to deviate from my mission.

Im prepping a mate for the juniors, Leeds qualifier and then i'll be going to the brit finals... gotta check my competition.

Plus i want to cheer my friend Mesomorph (james Llewellin) and his first attempt at the Light heavies!!! Of course they will both qualify  ;D

And my sidekick BIG pj, if paul gets his weight down and gets his tan spot on he will be sure to make the top 5, he cant be denied if he does this. The judges know him now, he needs to show them superior condition, he has plenty of size to spare, even for me!   :P

Its amazing what a difference a good tan can do to your placings, i should know!  :'(

Yep - one thing for sure theis year - On the day - regardless of if im nail my peak condition - I will be better than last yr P. C u soon mate...
